If the government really implementation, maybe a waste of taxpayer's money. Thrid,English Day Camp,was had interesting English learning activities. English-speaking Day,we invited students to talk much English. Train their courage. Finally,Try to listen English, for example, watch English TV programmes, have talk with English-speaking friends or teachers, and listen to English on the radio. If you cannot understand what is said in a TV programme , just to listen. The more you practise, the more you will improve in listening.
